“Pins and Needles” by Dua Saleh

Dua Saleh is best known through their music or as Cal Bowman on Sex Education. Their poem “Pins and Needles” speaks on the intersectionality LGBTQIA+ individuals face when they’re already part of a marginalized group. When the other is seen as “white people shit,” or how it’s better to go along with what your friends say rather than being alone.
