I don’t know how to use the Adobe editing software yet. I’ll have to learn it later. For now, I’m using Windows Movie Maker because I’ve done so in the past. Besides, this was for a slide show not the wedding tape.
Over two years late, I’m working on my buddy’s wedding DVD. The main reason I never came around to it was because the footage I gathered at the wedding was less than 30 minutes. No one wanted to wish them well or be in front of a camera. What a bunch of party poopers!
I decided to add two quotes to fill up some space – one from the Bible (cliché as it may seem):
Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious ro boastful or arrogant or rude. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
and one from Nietzsche – to balance out the religious mumbo-jumbo:
There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in madness.
Using John Lennon’s “Real Love” as the background music and coupled with the quotes, I’m sure it’ll suit them well. I also added in an apology at the end of the credits for taking so long to make it for them. Seriously, people, don’t hire me – ever!
I may or may not post a video later on, replacing the Bible quote with some Pat Benatar quotes, as suggested by Monica.
